4. Super Apple
This juice contains great superfruits like blueberry & goji berries. You’re more likely to find goji berries in your local health store, they can be quiet expensive so this drink is only for special occasions J
- Two Green Apples
- Two Handfuls of Blueberry
- One Celery Stick
- One Whole Carrot
- Optional: 10 Goji berries
Peeling the carrots isn’t necessary; a lot of the carrots nutrients are actually in the skin. Just make sure you wash them thoroughly beforehand. That goes for all the fruit and vegetables you use. Washing them thoroughly removes any pesticide.
3. PineApple Love
This apple juice adds some wonderful fruits and vegetables that mix well with apples. Pineapple contains bromelain; an enzyme which breaks down protein. So if you’re looking to put on some muscle or tone up, take this drink with a high protein diet and your body will be able absorb more protein.

If you’re not lucky enough to have an apple slicer and corer (great corers I recommend are Norpro Grip-EZ Fruit Wedger Corer or OXO Good Grips Apple Corer and Divider) and you can’t wait to dive into one of the recipes I provided in my top 4. The best way to slice an apple is as so.
1. Put the apple on the cutting board. Hold it so that the stem is facing upwards.
2. The idea is to cut the apple four times round so that the core is left looking like a rectangle as so.
3. Throwaway the apple’s core.
4. Cut into smaller chunks that fit into the juicer.
